Rodan Builders was contracted to work alongside Deems Lewis McKinley Architecture to build a new administration building, library building, multi-purpose room, as well as perform site and parking improvements. For this project, Rodan Builders, Inc. performed general contracting services for the construction of 3 new buildings, which included an administrative building, a library building, and a multi-purpose room building. This project had a very aggressive schedule and the construction of the new buildings was phased in sequence based on the District's program.
