The Regional Occupational Program of San Mateo contracted Rodan builders to replace the roof and retrofit the structure and foundation in the automotive branch of ROP. Rodan also installed complicated HVAC to exhaust a car paint spray booth. This job was three million dollars and had to be completed in two months.
