Dan Oliver
Co-Owner, Business Specialist
Dan Oliver, CFO holds a BS degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico since 1998. Dan has years of experience working in responsible positions building Public Works projects, especially schools. His successful completion of numerous projects ranging from 3 to 10 million dollars ensures that your project will be given the benefit of his skills and expertise in order to finish it on time and budget.

Rory Morgan
Co-Owner, Field Specialist
Rory has had over twenty years experience as a construction superintendent. He has expertise in a variety of environments, including OSHPD, Army Corps of Engineers, DOD, HUD, DSA, institutional and commercial. In overseeing the construction of all Rodan projects, Rory ensures that the jobs run smoothly in the long term and on a daily basis.

Ann Hunt
Accounting
Ann's independent accounting company, Computer Crafts Construction Accounting, has been in business since 1981 serving the Bay Area. Ann is proficient in Rodan's construction software American Contractor.

Karen Goldman
Project Coordinator
Karen holds a bachelors degree in interior architecture from Chico State University. She comes to us from Interior Design Cooperative of Pleasanton where she spent 11 years in high end commercial and residential interior design. Karen also is a Notary Public.

Miriam Lacues
Project Coordinator
Miriam came to Rodan Builders from Geochron bringing with her 20 years of experience in contracts, certified payroll, and bonding. She is responsible for maintaining our Safety Program. Miriam is an active participant in the community of Redwood City

Nick Towle
Project Manager
Nick Towle holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo since 2006. Nick had a year of experience as a sales engineer working for one of the largest HVAC contractors in the bay area, Cal-Air/Johnson Controls Inc. Now as a project manager Nick estimates and runs projects effectively for Rodan.

Paul Becker
Project Manager
Paul Becker comes to Rodan with 20 years of construction experience working as a carpenter on various construction projects throughout the Bay Area. A BS degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of California supplement Paul's extensive hands-on experience.

Scott Shope
Project Manager
Scott holds a BS in construction management from CSU Chico and is LEED Accredited. He comes to us from Austin Commercial where he performed project management for an airport construction project of 460 Million dollars. Before Austin he worked in the construction field for his family business.
